Elders Excursion at Gardens by the Bay
Spending meaningful time with the elders does not always have to be confined to the spaces of the three centres our Regular Service Project serves at. Just as the school semester ended, we were excited to bring our beneficiaries from AWWA Community Home and Ren Ci Community Hospital out for a fun-filled afternoon on May 20 at Gardens by the Bay! The elders explored various flora in the vibrant Flower Dome, and enjoyed an aerial view of greenery in the Cloud Forest. It is said that plants can make one happy; it definitely showed on the faces of the elders that day!
