REN CI ASSISTANT CENTREHEAD (WILSON)
Hi all, I believe some may have worries and doubts about main-committee role but fret not is not as scary as you think it is. I am Renci assistant centre head (ACH) alongside Nikki who is the centre head. The job scope of being an ACH is to assist the CH in event planning and collating attendance every week for the regular sessions.

Prior to event start date, there will be a need to write a proposal to the respective organizations. This will require ACH help as well. As an ACH, regular updates must be taken note of and aid in setting up planning committee for planning of event.
This role is meaningful, and I have learnt a lot from it. One can pick up skills such as excel, words and being a team player whereby coordination of people serves as a necessity.
In addition, I have a group leader (GL) role as well. This is the fun part as one can organize bonding events to bond the group up as mainly the people in the group will not know each other. Being a GL, the most important thing is to possess that enthusiasm spirit always and hype the group up despite fatigue.
